Second, product performance
Very soft to the touch, good elasticity, dry and non-sticky surface;
Dry and wet wipe can reach 4-5 grades;
Machine washing method: 60 ° C for 2.5 hours, 1200 rpm, one wash and one bake can be washed continuously for 5 times.
Does not bleach, does not blush, does not stick;
Scope of application: cotton, Odell, cotton ammonia cloth, fish scale sweater, polyester cotton sweater, pure polyester double-sided cloth, woven cotton, linen, gold velvet.
Third, the process
The digital transparent pulp is grounded once for three times, and the flashing machine is baked for 5 seconds.
Then print the digital white glue once three times, flash the baking machine to bake for 5 seconds, then print the digital white glue again, then immediately inkjet;
After the inkjet is finished, the flashing machine is baked for 5 seconds, and the surface is covered with a digital cover. Once the digital cover is printed, the flashing machine is baked for 7 seconds to dry;
After 12 hours of natural drying or 2 minutes of pre-bake at 120 ° C, the temperature is further 155 ° C for 2 minutes, so that the ink is completely dried and cured to wash the water.
Fourth, matters needing attention
After the digital white glue is printed, it will be directly wet sprayed, no ink will spread, the definition is good, and the color is bright.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Store in a closed container for half a year. After the container is opened, it should be sealed after not being used.
